£24 for a single room on a Saturday night I was a little sceptical to what the room would be like. I was proven very wrong it was amazing room for a single person. I was room number 9. Showers are shared toilet end of the corridor. Easy to get into with key codes then your keys are in a key safe . Did the job for my mate stag do for a bed for the night I am happy Thanks Ryan
I stayed here with my friend in the family room with her two little boys. This hotel was lovely. The family room had everything you needed and the little fellas had there own room. Seamless check in and check out. Very quiet no disturbances . This is a fab location for all the attractions with a car park located nearby. Had a view of Blackpool Tower which was lovely at night with it being lit up. Both myself and my friend would stay here again with the children in the future. Fab. Thank you
Stayed here last night ( 23/09/18 ). Really impressed from the minute we arrived, welcoming friendly owners who went out of there way for us on our arrival wich they didn’t have to so we were really happy. Coral island A stones throw away, view of Blackpool tower from our room and despite being at the front on a Saturday night we all slept with no noise complaints at all , room was just what you need, clean fresh bedding, drink station and walk in shower, worth the Price 100%. Breakfast was brill, I love my fry ups and can be fussy but it was cooked just how I’d asked :) We will be visiting again for sure

We had an apartment downstairs and was fantastic. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Perfect location, plenty of local amenities for groceries. 5 min walk to the Winter Gardens etc. Can't wait to go back.
Enjoyed my stay at No.25, clean and nice and quiet, pleasant staff. Secure access into hotel and room. professionally run. 10 minute walk to town centre.
Carol & Graham are so friendly and helpful. Go above and beyond. They are also very genuine people who never ever put their prices up like other hotels. Same flat rate all year round. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is banging! Location is fab, right by coral island. Limited parking outside but a cheap carpark further up the road. I paid £15 for 4 days.
Very good, first time i've stopped here, it won't be the last, good location, decent rooms, clean, tidy, easy access, no staff present, just a code for the front door, code for your bedroom. Good prices. Seems a quiet spot, but not been to sleep as of writing this. Recommend.
